Frequently Asked Questions
- What do I do if I need to return my Angel? Or I can't financially support my Angel like I thought I could?
We understand things happen and appreciate your willingness to participate. If you are unable to support your Angel, please contact the Student Volunteer Center or Off Campus Student Association staff via email - Haley Osiek or Alex Comer.
- Can a student organization or a group of employees adopt an Angel together?
Yes! We strongly encourage student organizations, campus teams, and employee groups to adopt an Angel together. It's a low-cost way for your entire group to team-build while making a collective impact.
- When and where do I drop off my Angel's gifts?
Angel Tree gifts need to be returned by Dec. 5th by 5:00 pm to Student Union 211 Front Desk. You are welcome to drop gifts off before the due date at the same location.
- Do I need to wrap my gifts?
No, we ask that you drop off gifts unwrapped.
- Do the items have to be new, or can I give used items that are in good condition?
All items that you provide to your Angel must be new items.
- How much should I spend?
We ask that you fulfill your Angel’s wish list as best as possible. To help with costs, we encourage adopting an Angel with your student organization, campus team or employee groups.
- Do I have to buy the exact wish list item?
Not exactly. Our participants selected the items in hopes of receiving them, but we understand if you need to substitute with another similar option.
- What if I lose my Angel Tree tag?
Not to worry! Please contact the Student Volunteer Center or Off Campus Student Association staff to get your Angel’s information via email - Haley Osiek or Alex Comer.
