Executive Team Applications

Are you interested in making an impact on OSU's campus and students' lives? SUAB is looking for dedicated student leaders who are looking to enhance the quality of campus life through well-considered educational, cultural, social, and recreational events and activities. SUAB's mission and purpose can be found here

SUAB Executive Team:

SUAB's executive team is broken up into two parts: Programming Directors and Administrative Positions.

  • Programming Directors

These students are the ones who pick, plan, promote, and organize each aspect of every event SUAB hosts. Programming directors lead a committee each week, put together budget sheets, complete program evaluations, work together with the rest of the executive team, and meet weekly with their SUAB advisor.

    • Arts Festival Director: This is a semester long position which hosts the annual Arts Festival.
    • Culture & Social Issues Director: Hosts events to celebrate the cultural diversity of the OSU student body and to highlight important social issues in today's society.
    • Leisure & Entertainment Director: Hosts events which focus on chill, laid-back events but also exciting, out-of-the-box events where anyone can have a blast and do something out of the ordinary.
    • North Dining Director: Hosts events at North Dining, with the goal to get more foot traffic on the north side of OSU's campus.
    • Spirit Director: Hosts the Spirit Walk, Pack-A-Critter, and other events to boost the morale of campus as a whole.
    • Talent Director: Hosts events which can highlight the many wonderful talents across OSU, and the country.

    • Vice-President of Membership: Leads the membership committee, as well as weekly general body meetings. Responsibilities include creating powerpoints, hosting member socials, banquets, and other activities which keep all SUAB members engaged, all while fostering a sense of community within the organization.

Students will work to maintain relationships with other student organizations and entities across campus, while also searching for new partners to collaborate with. This position also hosts events which highlight these collaborations, and try to make an impact on campus, as well as the Stillwater community.
