Organizational Conduct
Oklahoma State University shares information about organizations that have been found responsible for violating university policies in accordance with the law and to equip students, parents, and stakeholders to make informed decisions about student organizations. Incident information is updated as cases are resolved. This report includes three sections found below: (1) Incidents Involving Hazing, (2) Incidents Not Involving Hazing, and (3) Incidents Involving Grades.

Incidents Involving Hazing
The information below includes incidents that involve a violation of the university hazing policy and may include violations of other university policies. Please visit the institutional website on Hazing to learn more about our prevention, reporting, and investigation proccesses.
- Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity
Case Overview Date of Incident 08/14/2024 Date of Report 09/03/2025 Date Conduct Process Initiated 09/03/2025 Date of Resolution 10/06/2025 Resolution Type Administrative Meeting Description of Violations New members completed pledgeship activities including cleaning duties and line ups. Pressured alcohol consumption, mental intimidation, property damage, and bed flipping by Upperclassmen towards new members also occurred. Charges Hazing; Alcohol; Property Damage and Theft Outcomes Organization was assigned to comply with outcomes previously assigned by the fraternity's national headquarters. Those outcomes included: probation, the removal of six individual members, and the development of a comprehensive membership development program. - Kappa Sigma Fraternity

Resulted in a student being hospitalized for alcohol poisoning. Case Overview Date of Incident 03/11/2025 Date of Report 03/12/2025 Date Conduct Process Initiated 03/17/2025 Date of Resolution 04/30/2025 Resolution Type Administrative Meeting Description of Violations As part of a Big Little event, new members were provided alcohol from their Bigs with the expectation per tradition to consume the provided alcohol. This event resulted in the hospital transport of a new member. Additionally, new members were assigned to complete various tasks including performing physical exercises and house cleaning, and were subjected to bed flipping, sleep deprivation, and having their personal items damaged or hidden as part of the new member process. Charges Hazing; Adherence to Govering Policies Outcomes The University adopted the outcomes of national headquarters which suspended six members from the organization and placed a temporary cease of operations from the national chapter. - Sigma Nu Fraternity

Case Overview Date of Incident 10/07/2023 Date of Report 04/03/2024 Date Conduct Process Initiated 04/03/2024 Date of Resolution 08/12/2024 Resolution Type Administrative Meeting Description of Violations Hazing Behaviors at a new member retreat including having to bring random items, standing in the dark while strobe lights were flashed, lining up from "prettiest to ugliest", made to believe that a bunny sacrifice would occur, and performed a skit that was not allowed during recruitment. Charges Hazing Outcomes Chapter was required to attend monthly meetings with campus Panhellenic advisor, conduct a campus-wide community event regarding hazing prevention, host an NPC roundtable discussion about social inclusion, and host a philanthropic event with an NPHC or multicultural organization. Organization was also required to conduct a five-part Leading with Values Program series, adjust the Big-Little mentorship program within the chapter and open opportunities for new members to take leadership inanities within the chapter. - Beta Theta Pi Fraternity

In addition, they had to attend a presentation given by Student Conduct about Hazing and Alcohol with 90% of the playing members in attendance. - Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity

Charges Hazing Outcomes No events with alcohol until December 2022, no participation in shows for the spring 2022 semester, and no ability to participate in Homecoming 2021. Education regarding hazing and bystander intervention is required, and new member educators must meet with FSA staff. The chapter must set expectations for living in the chapter house and must plan an event for the FSA community regarding risk management. - Delta Tau Delta Fraternity

Charges Physical Violence; Disorderly Conducts; Attempts and Complicity Outcomes Non-participation in Follies 2024, Varsity Review 2025, and Spring Sing 2025. Replace 3 events with Brotherhood/Philanthropic events. Ineligible for Dean Troxell Award or any FSA or IFC awards. Host a values presentation. Send letter to chapter alumni.
