Late Night Cafe

Late Night Cafe, sponsored by Student Union Activities Board, is an opportunity for students to get free pancakes and beverages in preparation of a rigorous finals schedule. Many staff and faculty members volunteer their services in making the event a success. Volunteers are responsible for everything from preparing the batter, stocking the condiments, making sure there is enough ice and, of course, making the pancakes.

You can enjoy free pancakes during Cowboy Welcome week at the North Dining building, and during finals week in the fall and spring.
