  Semester: Fall 2021 Resolution: Fall 2021 Violation: Student Organization Hazing Policy Outcome: No events with alcohol until December 2022, no participation in shows for the spring 2022 semester, and no ability to participate in Homecoming 2021. Education regarding hazing and bystander intervention is required, and new member educators must meet with FSA staff.
