Camp Cowboy Check-In
Check-In for Camp Cowboy varies depending on your specific camp program.
- Stillwater Camp, Check-In between 2:00-4:00pm
- Quest Camp, Check-In around 9am (dependent on trip location)
More detailed instructions about parking, check-in location, and camp updates will be included in an email one-week prior to your Camp Cowboy session date.
Flight information
If you are flying to the Camp Cowboy program, we suggest you fly into the Stillwater Regional Airport.
Depending on the Camp you are scheduled to attend, you will want to arrive early (or the night before) to ensure you have time to arrive on campus and get checked in.
- Stillwater Camp, Check-In between 2:00-4:00pm
- Quest Camp, Check-In around 9am (dependent on trip location)
Once you've booked your flight into Stillwater and if you need a ride to campus, please email campcowboy@okstate.edu with the following information:
- Name
- Banner ID
- Primary Phone Number
- Camp Cowboy Date
- Flight Number
- Anticipated Landing Date/Time
If you are arriving in Stillwater the night before and need overnight housing, please contact Camp Cowboy campcowboy@okstate.edu. Additional housing is available pre- or post-camp for an additional charge.
