Register for Camp Cowboy

Registration Information

Camp Cowboy 2026 registration will open February 1, 2026.

Cost to Attend: $295 per session ($125 for virtual camp and transfer camp)

  • Fee Details and Waivers

If the cost of any of the Camp Cowboy programs is a factor in your decision to participate in camp, we encourage you to apply for the Camp Cowboy partial fee waiver.

      • The Camp Cowboy fee waiver application will open on February 1 and will be accessible through a link on the Camp Cowboy registration site. Only fee waiver applications for students who have completed camp registration will be reviewed for awards.

      • Thanks to generous donors, students who are receiving Oklahoma's Promise funds or who have received the OSU application fee waiver and who complete a Camp Cowboy fee waiver application will receive a partial camp fee waiver to reduce their camp cost to $100.

      • Students are not charged at the time of registration. The Camp Cowboy fee and any additional fees will appear on the student's first Bursar bill for the fall semester.

      • The camp fee and/or fee waiver does not cover any extra nights spent in the residence halls to accommodate extended stays for travel or flight conveniences.

      • You will be notified of your fee waiver application consideration status via email. If you do not receive follow up after your fee waiver application has been submitted and within two weeks of your registered Camp Cowboy date, please contact us at campcowboy@okstate.edu.

    •

Please note the following policies apply, if you are awarded a Camp Cowboy partial fee waiver:

      • Camp Cowboy few waivers will not be disbursed to your OSU Bursar account until the fall semester begins.

      • You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and select OSU to receive your information before your fee waiver is disbursed. OSU's school code is 003170.

      • If you receive a partial fee waiver and do not attend a Camp Cowboy program without properly notifying the Camp Cowboy staff, you will be charged the full amount on your Bursar bill. Cancellations after May 1 will be subject to charges per the refund policy noted below.

For any questions, please email campcowboy@okstate.edu.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment for Camp Cowboy will be billed to the student's first Bursar bill in the fall semester. All policies are final.
